What are you looking forward to accomplishing in the next 5 weeks?
My answer: Intensifying my strength training routine (lifting more weights) and running on the treadmill

Stick to the stairmaster for more than 10 min.
Eat less processed foods
How do you plan on rewarding yourself after you meet your goal?
Treating myself to a relaxing pedicure

what im looking to accomplish in the next 5 weeks:
Run comfortably around my block (2.3km)
do 30min of kettlebell exercises 4-5 times a week
work on my relationship with chocolate......
How i plan on rewarding myself :

I want to be running 5 out 7 mornings a week for atleast 20 mins before I start my day oh and obviously i want to be losing 1 -2 lbs per week. So by 5 weeks I want to have lost all together a stone in weight since the beginning of my weight loss journey. I'm going to reward myself by buying new jeans *hopefully* ill be a UK size 12/14 by then x0

In 5 weeks it will be valentine's day!
I'm hoping to have hit my 20lbs lost point so I can buy new shoes, and a new dress for dinner with my man
I'm only 8 bs away, so fingers crossed!
I'm also hoping to be able to run for 10 minutes straight by then
Fit into my 36C bra comfortably
and have my friends and family notice the difference in my shape
