    I am too shy to post progress pics, but I can tell you I've lost 3.5 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my hips, I have less cellulite and my stomach is much, much flatter. I've lost 12-13 lbs. I am on stage 6.

    I just took my "before" pics- I just finished Stage 1. After pics to come. Wish I would have taken some before I did Stronglifts for 12 weeks. :sad:

    Bumping this for more motivation! I'm in week 3 (just finished workout B 3rd x) and I already feel better, down a half inch in my hips/spare tire. Can't wait for more! Ladies who are done/later in the program show me your before & after/during!

    I don't know how to post pics on here but if you click on my username and look at my 9 photos you will see my weight fluctuations...

    Highest - 210 pounds at 9 months pregnant
    Highest post-pregnancy - 150
    Weight now - 127, gaining muscle steadily (currently on stage 6)

    NROL has definitely reshaped my body, but you gotta get lean first. * You can't out run (or out lift) a bad diet*

    I eat 1900 cal/day and lift 3x/week.
