I am a KOPS so my gain/loss is very minimul. My 2013 starting weight is 167. My leeway is 163-173. Good luck to all in 2013!0

My meetings are on Tuesday nights so my first weigh-in of the year was on January 8, 2013 and I started the year at 298.5. Last year I was in Division 1 and tried real hard over the holidays (and had a loss of 3.75 pounds) so I could start 2013 in Division 2.0

Losing the weight was the "easy" part. You just eat less! But trying to maintain the weight is a lot of hard work, trying to find the right combination of eating and exercising to stay the same weight. Thanks !0
