I’ve been in TOPS since 2007. I’ve lost 140 with 35# to lose to goal. I have TOPS friends here on MFP this group could be a huge support for all of us.

I just joined TOPS this month, went to my first meeting this week. Didn’t know what to expect but it was a great group of people. I’m a little confused that there is singing involved. 🤣

Well I finally got to graduate at ARD in Fort Pierce, Florida on Saturday May 1st. What an awesome May Day celebration. I'm a new program chair for my TOPS group. The TOPS materials are helpful but sometimes seem "thin" when presented. I'd love to hear what is working for other groups. What were your favorite / most helpful programs?

Hi All! I just joined TOPS this year and hope it helps me lose weight for good this time. I still need to get a goal weight from my doctor. Hope they give me a range I can pick from. How long has everyone here been a part of TOPS?
