    Congrats! I however had a 1/4# gain......that is better than a whole # gain - - so I begin another week with more determination! Down 16.25 since 1/1/16

    Yay ME - - down .25 , a loss is soooo much better than a gain. I really worked for that one. I need to change up my evening snack. Will try veggies for a week & see if that has an impact.

    Well, this was quite a week - winery visit with woodfired pizza plus didn't change up the evening snack too much - - but was down 1/2 #. I will take that!

    Weigh in was Thursday - down another 1/2# - - under 160, it's 159.5 but still haven't seen that in a looonnnnggg time.
