I just joined TOPS this month, went to my first meeting this week. Didn’t know what to expect but it was a great group of people. I’m a little confused that there is singing involved. 🤣

    It’s good to see you here! Sad to say, this isn’t very popular group. It would help if MyFitnessPal would sent notices that someone posted. You have to have check back frequently. Enough of that!

    I love being in TOPS. I like the encouragement that is there. Everyone is like a cheerleader.

    I’m in Montana in a small town. Our meeting place is in the country in a great location. It’s center to 3 different towns.

    I haven’t been checking in as much lately. I’ve been having cataract surgery. I had my 2nd eye done yesterday.

    I hope to see you again.
