My time of the month decided to show up last week. I never get it and it just decided to pay a pop up visit. :sad: I had gained 4 pounds by wednesday to 236 and this AM I am back down to 233.0. so a .8 gain for me. :frown:0

i lost nada! actually, i was up 2.5 pounds (water retention I'm sure, too much sodium, TOM). but I've been doing 30 day shred so I've lost inches (down 1.5 on the hips, .5 on arms and .5 on thighs). I'll take it as a win and move on.0
