Are you supposed to get that feeling?

I'm slightly confused.

So this guy named T, is a friend of a co-workers husband. I go to her house we hang out and play cards and such, he hangs out every once in a while too, he happens to be friends on facebook. He is usually very quiet and reserved, but he is quite the semi-wild child, however on occasion he has helped me with a frozen shed door, and payed for my dinner when we all went out. I know his type is Barbie ish.

I get soo damn giddy around him, I swear to Gravy I blush around him:smooched: , I probably talk jibberish, and I get this incredible rush of "oh my god he's paying attention to me"

Problem, I know I'm not his type, and really....he is kind of a *kitten* stirrer and a fast mover from what I can tell (via facebook posts and my friends opinions)....so not what you'd call my type. But dayum, I'd tap him in a minute. And give him a chance in a heartbeat.

So....That stupid gidddy 12 year old crush feeling I get around him, is that what it's supposed to feel like when you've met "the one" or at least "a good one"
Or is that my craving for a bad boy?

It's frustrating. What do you think, do you get that feeling? If so what did it mean for you?

When I get that feeling, it's how I know I like someone and want them. But the problem is is when I get that feeling, normal Christine goes out the window and out comes Awkward!Christine and I can't speak. So it's a catch-22 because I really want that person to like me back, but I'm so weird that they probably won't. I think it is easier to date someone that I don't feel that "spark" with, because I'll be myself more and not so tongue-twisted, but I won't like them as much and I want to have that feeling.

I ran into my crush a few months ago out of the blue, and my heart started racing...and I couldn't breathe. But if I talk other men, I don't get that way.

When your heart and mind are in sync is when you've found the "one"

    Agreed!!

If you feel he's not for you in your head, then he's not. You're just physically wanting to bone him!!

Of course, there is nothing wrong with that!

I completely agree. If you can get in and get out, DO IT. If you think your heart will get in the way of your brain, then RUN!

I think the giddy thing is just chemical. You know all this stuff about him but you still want him, physically at least.

I vote for the hit it and quit it. lol
