                    so I just got an HRM and wanted to know how those of you that have one use it. Tonight is HIIT and strength training, do you track calories for both workouts together or one for HIIT and one for strength? Thanks.

            I track mine separately - but only because I like to look at how my calorie burn changes when I do a video - like compare HIIT 15 on one day vs maybe 2 weeks later. I think it's fine to do them together in one "session" if you don't care about that, and just want the total stats.0
