How do I change my ticker?

I can't figure out how to change the pounds lost on my ticker. Something obvious no doubt. Help?

    No, it's definetely not obvious, lol. Click on APPS in the upper right hand corner, then about in the upper middle of your screen will be a tab for Ticker. Click on that and you should be set. I just did this yesterday.
