Does anyone know the nutritional value of Grill Mates Marinade with the Chicken? I have been trying to figure it out but I am getting no where. The marinade is dry and you have to add 1/4 olive oil. I am sure there is a way to figure it out...but I can't. Thanks! Good luck everyone!

    Put it in the recipe builder. Then you can find per serving.

    Look at ingredients. I think there is a lot of salt in most of them. Maybe you can make your own marinade with herb ingredients minus all the salt?
