    Hi everyone! I'm new... I joined MFP because I noticed you could log curry goat and rice&peas (even if you make your own recipe lol)... something that really can't be done elsewhere!     Just got done with 40 minutes on the treadmill. Hiring a personal trainer soon to get toned and jump start this workout. I want to hit the JA beaches in June!!!!!!
