Week 2 Challenge (1/14 - 1/20)

Alright Ladies. We've gotten through the first week!!! Now on to Week 2.....

Mon: 25 Burpees

Tues: 50 Pushups

Wed: 75 Squats

Thur: 100 Jumping Jacks

Fri: 1 pt. for every minute of planks you do

Sat: 5 pts. for posting an encouraging word to one or more of your teammates.

Sun: 10 pts. if you post your weighin today!!

**Also, you will receive 10 pts. for each day you post a workout status. For instance, if you did Turbo Fire Sculpt 30 on 1/15, post it by the end of the week and you will be awarded 10 points for that day. You must come back and post here before next week's challenge is posted for the points to count. *** Note: Week's challenge will be posted every Sunday night by 11:59 p.m.

The person with the most points at the end of the challenge will be awarded a Prize. Happy Losing Ladies!!

    Tuesday: HIIT 20 + 35 pushups
    Wednesday: 18 minutes WOG + 20 minutes on the bike + 25 pushups
    Thursday: 55 minutes EZ +25 pushups
    Friday: Turbo30+ 50 crunches + 15 pushups

    Sorry I was out of town Saturday and Sunday... Saturday did lots of walking, Sunday didn't do much of anything.
