    Week 1......................................Week 2
    1 mile run 9:00 min...............Jump Rope 4 min
    Crawl down push ups 9........11
    Burpees 18...............................20
    Single leg toe touches 23......26
    Triceps dips modified 35........20 reg and 13 modified
    Squats 26...................................33

    I also did 3 rounds of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, the last one was modified. It kicked my butt

    way to go! I was thinking about getting in a few rounds of the modified 54321 after I complete a little bit of my homework tonight.
