Day 7: Rest - Plan - Prepare

Our first official rest day. Don't forget to plan out your meals and workout times for the week in advance. The appointment you make to better yourself is just as important, if not more important than any other appointment you make.

I hope everyone made it through the week, I haven't heard from everyone in a while. If I remember correctly, tomorrow will be another baseline assessment, lets see if we can beat some of our numbers from last week.

One last thing .... what is one thing you really enjoyed last week and what is one thing you hope we do not have to do again?
For me, I hate burpees and I loved the fit blazer (whatever it was called) workout.

    I didn't like burpees either. I like the 54321 even though it kicked my butt

    I planned out all our dinners and ready for week 2!!! The best part was squats and sit ups. Worst anything upper body which included the word "crawl". Crawl up burpees, crawl up push-ups, etc.
