    Turkey burgers and roasted Brussels sprouts and baby carrots
    I made the burgers without the salsa as couldn't find one in the shops so I just added chopped red onion, corn and black beans to the turkey instead of the salsa it says in the recipe

    Dawn u really should - I find I can't always manage a whole days worth of food as it stuffs me but doesn't have loads of calories in it

    I've enjoyed most of the food so far didn't like the yoghurt breakfast with the cinnamon, had the steak tonight it was yummy. Though I find I'm not hungry enough to have the snack she suggests!

    It's kinda surprising how nice it all is and how filling!

    I love taking pictures of my food, haha! But I never follow Jillian's food plan either times. The first round I was doing a modified vegan diet so obviously that didn't work. ;) I will post some pics of the meals I make soon too. I love looking at what other people eat, it's so fascinating! :)
