Body revolution is 90 days long and is split into 3 "phases" or 3 separate (4 week) months if you like. Each phase contains 5 routines - 4 "workouts" and 1 "cardio". feeling burnt out
Ive been doing body revolution I'm on week five. I've been trying to stick to 1200 cal net but i estimate Im burning about 150 calories a workout. Just wondering if I am feeling so burnt out because Im not eating enough? Any help would be welcome

Logging calorie burned into MFP?
I have seen people say to not log weight training calories burned onto MFP. I don't really consider JMBR or her other videos as weight training. Do you consider this cross or weight training?
