feeling burnt out

Ive been doing body revolution I'm on week five. I've been trying to stick to 1200 cal net but i estimate Im burning about 150 calories a workout. Just wondering if I am feeling so burnt out because Im not eating enough? Any help would be welcome

I unfortunately have to work 12 hours a day and when I get back home I have my twins....I feel dead tired in the morning when I wake up at 5.30 to do the workout...it is impossible to get enought sleep and I feel completely out of energy. I follow the diet, even if not religiously, use myfitnesspal to count the calories and don't eat my surplus back....I feel exhausted and in desperate need of moral support.... I will certainly not give up, but i wanna cry every time I wake up and think about having to work out....
