Just finished my first workout last night.. I can definately feel it this morning. Wondering if anyone can tell me how to track this under my excercise.

The best way is to get yourself a heart rate monitor and input it manually cos MFP is notorious for overestimating your calories burned. But as long as you don't eat all of the calories back most people put Jillian's workouts under 'circuit training' on here0

I unfortunately have to work 12 hours a day and when I get back home I have my twins....I feel dead tired in the morning when I wake up at 5.30 to do the workout...it is impossible to get enought sleep and I feel completely out of energy. I follow the diet, even if not religiously, use myfitnesspal to count the calories and don't eat my surplus back....I feel exhausted and in desperate need of moral support.... I will certainly not give up, but i wanna cry every time I wake up and think about having to work out....
