Hi
This is my final week of phase 2 and to date I have only lost 1 pound.
I am 140 pounds and 5'3". I am trying to lose 10 pounds. I did not take measurements. My pants are only slightly loser. I just thought I would see more of a weight loss. I eat about 1400-1500 calories and day and eat some of my exercise calories back.
I dont know what I am doing wrong. I have been completely commited to this program. At this point I feel like whats the point
Any advice?

Have you taken measurements? Are your clothes fitting any differently?0

Take your measurements now! Kind of sucks that you won't have the starting reference, but Phase 3 is WAAAYYYYYY harder than phase 2. You might have a lot of change! Also, aside from your pants only feeling slightly looser, what are some other changes? Do your biceps feel firmer (I know mine did) , do you have more energy? Does your stomach *feel* any tighter?
Also, are you sweating? I just ask because if you aren't than you aren't pushing yourself hard enough.
