The only weights I have are 1lb lol and that is if I can find them, not to mention I dont know how to log working on my arms since I mainly do cardio workouts, but am gonna look up ways to work on my arms without using weights and such. Should be plenty!0

Sounds good ... I've not done any strength training for a LONG time though, so I can see tomorrow being a killer! As one of the other replies said above - how do you log strength training in MFP?0

Got it - putting this on the plan for today.
Personally, I really wouldn't want Madonna arms (as praised in the video). Then again, I don't think that is something I even come close to needing to worry about!
