    Well I am surprised I only lost 1 lb. I thought I would have lost 2 : ( But hey I'm moving in the right direction at least and week 2 is a tough week. Hopefully next week my weight will reflect my hard work. OMG next week I could potentially be out of the 170s. Hooray.

    WHoo hoo!!! Finally. I didn't lose any weight last week and was discouraged but now I see a path has been made. I am ready...I am sooo Ready!!!! Out of the 70's into the 60's here I come :)

    Down 2lbs - although yesterday when I did my pre-weigh in I was 173... so maybe 2lbs or maybe no lbs... Lack of exercise this week isn't helping. I'm finding it hard to get back in the work out routine since Christmas.

    I was actually so excited to weigh-in this morning that I couldn't sleep until around 12:30. I knew that I hit it hard at the gym this week. More importantly, I'm losing inches around my waist! This group has been the motivation I need to push that extra few minutes of cardio, though.

    Lost 1 pound. I'll take it. I would have liked to have seen 2 but at least it's a loss. Trying to look at the big picture! I am headed out this evening to get a new scale though. Mine has been having some issues. Keep up the good work everyone!!
