2x a day?

So if I decided to do level 1 twice a day would it still be considered day 1 or day 2 when I am done??? Has anyone done this? I completed day 5 today and I am feeling a little bored... Like maybe I should go to level 2... Any suggestions?

Hey! Sorry, I just saw this!
I decided to add in a cardio work out after my30 day shred work out. So, I have been doing Leslie Sansone's walk at home 5 Really Big Miles, so far i have done miles 1,2 and 3 in a row after the work out yesterday and today. Burns a lot of calories, and really wears me out...i am also hoping that it will help me see the lbs drop on the scale and not just inches drop and the scale stall out.
I am not sure how I would count it if I were doing two JM 30 ds work outs in one day. I would assume it would be counted as day 1 then day 2...since when some people miss a day, they will double up the next day to make up for it.
I know I can't wait to get to level 2 after two more work outs. I am ready for a new routine!0 -
I would count it as two, but I would not do this too often. If you want to exercise more, maybe some cardio or pilates or something? I would think the 30ds should be tough enough that want to it twice in a day! Maybe up the weights?0

I doubled up yesterday because I had a lot of free time. I did it once in the morning and once at night. I did only use 3lb weights the second time so I wouldn't overdo it too much, as yesterday was one of my Yoga Meltdown days too.
It was a little rough on my body, but I want to see fast results. If I was using heavier weights I wouldn't do it twice a day and would take days off, but with the weight I'm going at for 30DS I think it is OK. I did count it as two days.0
