    Didn't put forth the effort this last week. Still hurting from a tooth I had removed on Jan 4, just called to see about getting a painkiller, also had a 33rd anniversary this past weekend so we went out... If I can get this tooth issue under control feel like I might be able to get back on track.!

    Also I'm computer illiterate, typed in the long address for the spreadsheet twice, I could have made a mistake somewhere along the way, but couldn't bring up the spreadsheet.

    Down 1.6. Not as much as I would have liked but, I am almost down from New Year' s 10 lbs - next week 1st 10 - hopefully more. I am just happy that we can all be in this no matter if we have a bad week or not- just keep going. Great job everyone!

    ETA: only 0.1 lost but i'll take it since now i have to weigh-in in the afternoons and fully clothed at the gym instead of what i was doing. so wearing clothes+later in the day and still down 0.1 lol...definitely means more to me!

    No problem. I will add to the spreadsheet. If 145 is too low let me know and I can put a different goal weight in there! Based on the spreadsheet you are already 14% to that goal weight in just 2 weeks. So I think you can do it :D

    Have you been eating a lot of salt? Could it be mother nature causing water retention?

    There is always next week. Push hard! you can do it.
