We are at day 9 peeps! I saw this and thought I must share! Only YOU are responsible for the change so OWN it!

Congrats to meeeee, I did 4 mikes under 60 min... So I'm a happy camper0

i did about 30 min on the bike and 30 on the treadmill today!0

I took today as a rest day off of swimming, but still walked for 45 minutes.0

30 day shred 27 minutes + 4 miles (warm-up, cool downs & stretches) 65 minutes = 92 minutes of sweat today for me!!0

Got my 30 minutes in by doing incline walking but will start running tomorrow to get ready for my first 5K in Saturday...woot woot! To think when I started 4 months ago, I was huffing and puffing after jogging for 30 seconds. Not anymore thanks to the C25K program! After my Dirty Girl Mud Run in February, I'll be training for my first 10K set in June in the beautiful Napa Valley! I can't wait!!!
Day 10 coming up and I'm amazed by your dedication! Keep sweating it folks -- you are on your way!0 -

I did Not get my 30 mins in yesterday ( Tues Day 9 ) .. ran out of time and at 10 pm decided not to do it . REST DAY ?? Sure.
I will do it today !
my Ipod playlist is not working since my update and my tunes are not working :sad:0 -

started at the dentist then went for a long walk on the beach! 8.82 miles today, ended up making up for the skipped day!0
