Well I am surprised I only lost 1 lb. I thought I would have lost 2 : ( But hey I'm moving in the right direction at least and week 2 is a tough week. Hopefully next week my weight will reflect my hard work. OMG next week I could potentially be out of the 170s. Hooray.0 -

Didn't put forth the effort this last week. Still hurting from a tooth I had removed on Jan 4, just called to see about getting a painkiller, also had a 33rd anniversary this past weekend so we went out... If I can get this tooth issue under control feel like I might be able to get back on track.!
