This weeks challenge will be to try a new form of exercise for at least 10 minutes. Doesn't matter what you do, as long as it is new to you. Try it for 10 minutes. If you don't like the exercise you try, don't worry, it's only 10 minutes! If you do like it you can keep it in your file for a change of pace next time you hit a plateau.

Does a new Jillian Michaels dvd count? I just ordered 3 of them from amazon and they should be here Wednesday. I got 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, and Metabolism Booster(or something like that)...I plan to start 30 Day Shred in February but maybe I will try one of the other new dvd's. I like my Kickboxing Quickfix and am comfortable, but maybe trying a different one will be fun.0

Tasha, in my opinion it works this time but if we re-visit this challenge you have to think outside the box.
I did 30 minutes of PAK, which is native american movements and dance motions. They had a demonstration today at work so I participated. I will repost what PAK stands for but I left the papers on my desk in the office.0 -

Well, I did not try a new exercise this week, I'm a bum. But this next week I am going to aim to work out 4 times, at 45 minutes per work out.0
