Queasy Stomach?

So last night, for the first time in quite a while since I've changed my diet, I woke up sick in the middle of the night and actually threw up twice. Not fun. This morning my stomach is still very queasy and I am wondering what I can eat or drink to help settle it.
In the past, I've always eaten some plain bread or crackers, but that is out of the question since I am on day 7 of the 21 day sugar detox, and I can't have grains. Also, obviously, carbonated drinks like ginger ale are out.
I managed to choke my breakfast down this morning, but it was not appetizing at all and the thought of cooking anything (and the smells accompanied with it) is making my stomach do flip-flops. Any suggestions for simple things I can eat or drink that won't ruin my detox? Thanks!

I would try low carb crackers if you can find them and ginger tea. Other than that I'm too new to offer any other suggestions. Hope you feel better~!0

Thanks Jen!
Luckily the queasiness passed. I didn't eat much that day, but my appetite returned in full force the next day and I was able to enjoy my usual bacon, eggs, and kale breakfast with no problem!0
