Anyone in the 150-160s range trying to get down to 120-130?

Currently I'm 151 pounds(I am 5'6.5) and I'd like to get down to the 120-125 range within the next 3-4 months.

I'm 5'0 and started at 150. My first goal is 130. After that I'm going to see how I'm feeling. I'm happy I will keep it there. If I think I need a little more work...then I might bring it down an extra 5 or 10 pounds. All depends on how I feel. I like a little curve.0

Hey Sista!(: I'm 5.4. 171lbs. I got down to the early 150's & decided to take a little break, gained a few lbs. But in December-Jan I really gained a lot of weight when I went on vacation! Anyways! 5.4 161 starting wt was 210 I got down to 146 with Jenny Craig now I am back up again ,,, stress kids and not working out.

i'm 169 So in the beginning of the new year i joined mfp and by the end of jan i lost 10lbs. i sprained my ankle end of jan also and restarted working out yesterday... i gained all 10 lbs back..i do better with weight loss if i have support and motivation....anyone wanna be pals?0
