Didn't put forth the effort this last week. Still hurting from a tooth I had removed on Jan 4, just called to see about getting a painkiller, also had a 33rd anniversary this past weekend so we went out... If I can get this tooth issue under control feel like I might be able to get back on track.!

No problem. I will add to the spreadsheet. If 145 is too low let me know and I can put a different goal weight in there! Based on the spreadsheet you are already 14% to that goal weight in just 2 weeks. So I think you can do it0 -
