Do you make protein drinks at home?

I do- I add protein powder and depending on the day different fruits and vegetables. I try to purchase organic whenever possible. Some of the foods I use in my drink are :
kale
grapes
cabbage
spinach
broccoli
apple
pineapple
banana
walnuts
almonds

I do not mix all these in one drink- only mentioning some of my go to foods for the drink I use. I have a Vita Mix (got it as a gift) and it is awesome for making a smoothie.

Do you make one? What do you put in yours?

    I do. I use Natural Factors Whey Factors French Vanilla powder.

    juiced:
    carrots
    apples
    kale
    mangoes
    papaya (really good for your skin)

    blender:
    strawberries
    bananas
    blueberries
    barlean's 3-6-9 omega swirl orange cream fish oil.

    I do different combinations of all those things but pretty much always use the strawberry and banana, and the protein and fish oil.

    I try to have one in the morning before I go to the gym. half pre half post workout.
