YES - we made it to day 10!!! Double digits baby and it's gonna be easy going forward, right? :flowerforyou:

Here's to Day 10 of sweating and grooving and soooo much closer to a healthier you! Work it peeps!

    Walked 2 miles for 32 minutes this morning and then 3 miles for 47 minutes this afternoon for a total of 79 minutes today.

    Swam laps today, 40 minutes, 62 laps.
  • Did Pilates and sit ups today only and lots of stretching, getting ready for tomorrow's 4mile run :)

    did about 32 min on the elliptical and 53 min on the treadmill, walking only, but on an 8% incline!

    You go girls! Those were all awesome workouts!

    I went to my hip hop class today...1 hour & 45 minutes of booty poppin' and rump shakin' and burned me some 1000+ cals! Now with all this energy I'm still up and it's almost midnight here in Cali so gotta wind down now.

    Keep up the great work everyone! You guys blow me away everyday with your awesome commitment to get sweaty!

    Day 11 tomorrow and it will...wait for it...LEGENDARY! Yes, I quoted Barney from HIMYM! Love that show!

    Didn't want to go to the gym yesterday but I went becuase I'm a part of this group. Proud to report I did 30min on the elliptical last night:-)

    LOL! Well great job for making it to the gym and putting in your 30 minutes because that is exactly what this group is for - to serve as a gentle reminder that you need 30 minutes of ME time and just focus on yourself and your health.

    You probably hear us in your head too, huh....Sweatyyyyy 30....Sweatyyyy 30.... :bigsmile:

    I got to walk for 20 mins between my 2 jobs .. so I made it count .. brisk !!!

    Thought I lost my keys so went back to the Track and had to walk around a gain looking for them !! hahahah !

    Heck yeah, it counts!

    I did that with my badge last Monday and I needed my car out of the parking garage. I hate when my brain fails me lol!

    looks like I fell down again really need to stay on top of that workout first thing in the morning before DH has a chance to sabatoge!

    going to need another make-up day

    and fitbit says I only got in 4951 steps? what the heck happened?
