Watch and do today! Either do 3 sets of 10 and if advanced do 15 reps. You can also include them into your routine if you already had something planed to day...do just one set! Notice how it gets your heart rate up immediately! A total body exercise! Great for burning those bad guys!!

You can ace this challenge...I know you can!

    I have to share- so i am doing these fabulous squats :laugh: (LOL) and get to 10 and ready to stop

    when i hear Jillian in my head- when it starts to get tough thats when your body is changing- so i did 15 for all 3 sets

    You sound like me with Super Trainer! I'll be doing something and be ready to stop and I'll hear her in my head telling me no don't stop do 2 more.... and I do 4 more just to prove I can

    Wow, this was a lot more demanding than I expected. I did the first couple and thought "Eh, this isn't so bad," then by the end I was just trying to remember how close the sofa was behind me so I could just comfortably collapse after. It was strangely fun though, which is not something I say often regarding exercise. I just told my son we were frogs.

    I did do this yesterday. I added it to my shrinkingjeans.net workout January Fab Abs and 20 Second Fitness. Yes it revved my engine, woo hoo!
