Day 5 is done...how did everyone do?

i had to miss yesterday due to work, so my day 5 was just now before work. feel pretty good...but i have to remember that i CANNOT drink coffee before i work out even after taking my heart medication i still feel my heart working too hard with coffee in me lol LESSON LEARNED!0

my soreness is starting to wear out. doing better at keeping up on the cardio. but them dame push ups keep gettig me!0

Thats still my problem area is the damn pushups!!! I can finally do them all...most the time lol but still the girly way :-) but ive definitely gotten stronger and i love it!:bigsmile:0

im still doing girl pushups too lol probablly always will, one of my knees is starting to get a bit tender though hopflly I can make it through this time around.0

& u r right girls these Push-ups r a killer cant do seriously, 2day ws less sore & less out of breath but stil hard0 -

I took another rest day yesterday because my left knee has been feeling a bit twingey. I figure it's not worth it to push through and risk a real injury. So I did day 5 today.0

I just did day 5 today. I am still doing the girlie push ups but I can almost make it through both sets. I know that my arms are really weak. Getting through the arm raises durring the side lunges is still difficult. But I can do all of the last round of cardio which is an improvement. I think that I might actually do day six tomorrow. We will see..... good luck everyone! :happy:0

I just finished day 5 and in circut 3 cadio jump rope something happened in my calf so I am hoping it is nothing will know tomorrow0

Day 5 completed yesterday. I can keep up with the higher level on all of the cardio. I can make it further on the bicycles without stopping. I'm doing girl push ups & keeping up longer.0
