New on Dukan

Hello all, I have just started Dukan attack and I'm finding it hard to eat twice as much protein coz I'd be full from the portion size i have and i also read that only 1whole egg a day and unlimited egg whites allowed....I feel its such a waste of nutritious egg yolks Lol

I also am using low fat or fat free cottage cheese, is pure lemon juice, tomato paste or puree alowed? I'm finding meals quite dry and wud make a sauce for the meats.

    You're probably out of the attack by now... but None of the fruits or veggies are allowed in the attack. Lemon can be used as a seasoning on fish or chicken, etc, but nothing more...
    There are several recipes out there fore BBQ sauce that help. Also, in the sauce aisle of the grocery store you can find some with ) carbs and 0 fat, such as a mild buffalo sauce.

    As for wasting egg yolks, you should be ok eating them if you don't have any cholesterol problems. Otherwise, you can buy cartons of just egg whites for the times you don't want the yolk. Costco has a good price for 3 big cartons if you shop there...
