Hi! I'm new to this.....trying to lose major baby weight and then some (yeah my son is 4) 
Really need some friends who are trying to lose weight as well to keep eacother motivated...chat whatever! If I try to do this on my own like I have in the past I'm certain I will fall off the wagon
