favorite health/workout apps?

Found a new app that I think I'll really like and find useful in my 2013 goal to actually lift: the Nike Training Challenge app. It talks you through a 30/45 minute workout depending on your goals (tone, strength, etc) while letting you listen to music. Did my first one today and loved it!

What apps do you like/recommend?

    I really like RunKeeper. It allows me to keep track of more than MFP does - like how I felt about the workout, my heartrate and RPM/MPH. :)
