Day 12 --- I type that with a smile on my face because just realizing that we got to 12 straight days of sweating just gets me more pumped up! And it's a Friday and a 3-day weekend! I'm happy -- hope you guys are too!
If you're feeling a little "crispy", make sure you're stretching and warming up properly before doing any work out because it is very important that you condition your body and warm up those muscles before doing anything strenuous. Also very important to stretch afterwards and rest to give your body a chance to recover.
I hope your day is going great and can't wait to see everyone's activities for Day 12 -- woot woot! Keep sweating!

I think some of the day 12 posts were entered in day 11.. so not to fear, I'm not the only one on here today. lol
I did a 1/2 walk with the dog and a lot of other miscellaneous walking today. I have the ability to raise my desk to a standing position, so made sure I did that for awhile today.0 -
Walked 5 miles for 77 minutes & 30 day shred for 27 min for a total of 104 minutes today0

walked on the treadmill for 60 minutes!0

It's late, but still posting.. Did Pilates,abs and tricep exercises.. Toning day.. Tomorrow run,run,run
Oh yeah I bought my second item from juniors dept. one happy gal0 -
Lol posting late like you Sandrie77! Put my 30 minutes in doing incline walking and tomorrow is Color Vibe! I will really try to run the entire time but it will be a challenge since I was told that there would be 5,000 participants!0

Didn't quite get in 30 mins , but did 20 mins of hard core table tear down and chair stacking...
Hoping to do more today (sat.) feeling gross from all the salt last night ..0 -
I am in key west this week, so I am walking all over the place, and I may do some swimming later! WOOO!0
