I was just curious to know what size weights you are using? Ive been using 5 but today I got 2.5 lb wrist weights, so I will see how it goes with 7.5. :ohwell:

I use 5 lb weights but they are too heavy for me when it comes to the anterior raises. I am sticking with them though because I don't want to go out and buy more weights. LOL

I've been using a pair of wrist weights without actually strapping them on. Today i weighed them and they are 1125g each; not sure what that is in lbs - probably about 2.5lb.
Don't want to use anything heavier because my neck and shoulders feel a bit fragile sometimes and I don't want to risk injury.

I'm starting off with 3lb, but I will switch to 5lbs.

I use 5 lbs for most things, sometimes switch to 3 half-way thru the anterior raises. Those are tough. I'm thinking of upping to 8 lbs for a couple things, mainly the rows and chest flys. Will see if I can do that or if I have to drop back to the 5's. Today was actually day 11 for me because I'm doing it with a firend who didn't start until the 14th. Waiting for her to catch up.
