Hello beautiful sisters! My name is Marie Im an American living as a missionary in Indonesia. Since I have become a mother, had weight loss surgery, then moved to Indonesia i have almost completely ignored my health. Everything else seems so much "more important" that I just got too stinkin tired to take care of me. Now paying the price at 40 ish lbs over weight and no energy, I found this website, and this group of sisters (YAY!). What a blessing of modern day that I can be all the way on the other side of the planet and be able to connect with ladies from my own culture about this all important thing that we so easily ignore.
