Welcome back to another weekly challenge!! We are continuing on a conservative pace to account for new members so everyone should be able to get on board. Congrats to Squeekersmom and Alanakerr01 for a great week last week!

115 minutes of cardio
5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 5 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days

ok, wasn't able to get on sunday night from regular computer, but wanted to join in on this so here's the goals i hit last week:
8-10 ounces of water 6 days
2 serving fruit or vegtables 3 days
Days below cal goal (in the green) 7!! (for the first time since i joined MFP!)
480 minutes Cardio
(didn't get a chance to check out the video)
really like going for these goals, am hoping to see more as it helped me alot. as a side note, i prolly wont hit the veg/fruit thing too often as i notice i focus on carb and protein to help regulate low sugars and has been successful, so rely on supplements and at least one V8 each day!

hi i just joined this group.. started 334 currently 286 just got back into the gym last Monday after a car wreck end of November. started calorie counting late July 2012. i will be exercising 4+ days a week! my first week back exercising i did mon tues fri sun! nothing like extra motivation though!!0

well, I am not knocking these out of the park by any means! My weekends are not as easy for me as they once were.
115 minutes of cardio ---got it!
5 days in the green (staying under in calories) --i did have 5 days under
8 cups of water 5 days --I did do five days----I am starting to slip on the water too :-(
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days----Yes!
I did not look at the video exercise----
I am going to go back to the 30 day shred and see if I can do that 3 times a week. hopefully that will
help to kick start some losing again!0
