I have been on here for about 8 mths doing em2wl for that time I had Been down to like 134-135 for like 5 mths and the the lbs started creeping up now I am 145-146 I lift weights either at the gym or at home and lift what I consider heavy I only do cardio like 2 days a week but my workouts keep my heart pumping also I always eat at a -15% tdee so what gives do Ii need to makena bigger cut?

    Have you ever taken a diet break or have you been eating at a cut the entire 8 months?

    I've pretty much always ate at a 15% cut... I've never ate at my tdee

    It sounds like your body has adjusted to the lower calorie diet. Try taking a diet break for a few weeks (4-8) and then start your 15% cut again.

    I agree 100%. You need to do a reset for 6-8 weeks at TDEE. If you gain weight, keep eating at TDEE until you stop gaining. If you don't gain, going back to a cut is fine.

    Ok thanks all for the advice hearing eat more is scary but I know is necessary I gotta get it into my head!
