End of First Week

Ok it's the end of the first week, how is everyone feeling? I have checked everyones eating and some are doing great, others are getting there. So to help me help you, let me know any difficulties that arised or victories too!

  • Struggled with eating last week but feeling very positive about improving this week
  • Im really enjoying getting back into it. Im doing well with the eating when I'm at home, but find it hard when I'm out and about. Trying to do extra training outside the 3 sessions if I slip up though!
  • Feel AMAZING!!! food is great, exercise is great, all the girls are great!!!! its so fun training with everyone, we all push each other and still have fun!
  • Yay good work girls, I know what you mean Dee about eating out, you always have to try and keep it simple, like salads, fish, chicken breast, veges etc and stay clear from the breads and pastas. If you guys are struggling heaps what can I do to help?
