You need a photobucket account (they are free). Take your pics from the photobucket and resize them to around 500 - 600. When you post them make sure to change the upper case IMG's at the beginning anf end of the link to lower case img's0 -

Day 10- not a big difference in pics yet....1& 1/2 lb down and 2 & 1/2 inches down (1 in chest and 1 in hips)
