it's day 2...pee smells like amonia or cats pee...and I cant stop thinking of a redvelvelt cupcake.

You don't want a cupcake. You want to fit into smaller jeans and feel all that personal satisfaction of meeting your goals. Get some DaVinci or Torani sugar free white chocolate syrup and have a decaf latte or something. A cupcake will lead to diabeetus down the line, you don't want none of that. :P0

I carry bacon around as a snack, as well. It's VERY true that if you crave sugar, eat salt.
Also, make sure you're getting enough fat - heavy whipping cream in your coffee will start to feel like a dessert after a week or so. Trust me, I crave cookies and cake all the time.0 -
Try this recipe, its my new fix!
1 egg
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
sweetener to taste
10g butter
1 square Lindt 85% Dark Chocolate
1 tbs heavy cream
In a teacup or mug, melt the butter in the microwave. Then add the egg, cream, vanilla essence and sweetener and mix well. Then add all the dry ingredients (except the square of choc) and mix it all up well with a fork. Cover with plastic, poke a few holes and microwave for 30 seconds on high. Break the chocolate into 4 pieces and push them into the pudding. Cover again and microwave for a further 10 - 20 seconds. Scoop it into a bowl and top with a quarter cup heavy cream, delicious!! x0 -
