Checking In

Hey ladies:

We've been a lot quieter than we were the first week just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing.

I'm feeling much better so I will be in contact a lot more and hopefully have better weight loss :) Sadly I was so sick on Saturday and forgot to log in so I restarted my days yesterday. But I will get there. My goal for January was to be out of the 200s by my birthday (31st), I'm still 5lbs away but I'm not giving up!

Does anyone have any goals for this week or any challenge ideas/suggestions?

    I have a challenge idea...Try 1 new-to-you exercise at least once this week.

    My goals for this week are to eat cleaner, drink more water, go to the gym on Tuesday and Thursday and hope like heck that the scale shows a loss for next week :)

    Great idea! I will add that to our challenge.

    My goals for this week are: weights x3, cardio x3, eat well, 15min of meditation every day. I'm hoping for a loss on the scale as well :)

    Even though my birthday is next week, I get my bday present from Chris (my boyfriend) in the spring - we are going to LA for a long weekend - motivation to lose this weight so I look good in a bathing suit :)

    Ultimate goal - look good in a bikini, even if I never wear one.
