    Hello all,
    My diet was ok this week.No exercise but lots of household work this week.
    Initial weight : 127 pounds
    Current weight :125 pounds :)

    OK--different exercise for me this week was elliptical training one day, strength training at home (bc hubby was home too late for me to go to the gym), and sprints after my 2 mile run last night. It must be doing something bc when i got on the scale this morning it said 148.4! Which isn't what I want to see, but I'm only .9lb away from my pre-holiday weight! :) I don't know of a specific recipe to recommend, but I loooove soup. It's low cal, filling, and healthy. I make taco soup a lot (bc my husband is super picky but actually likes it), and tonight I'm trying a recipe for chicken and gnocchi soup (bc it's my fave at Olive Garden haha).

    UGH!! Weigh In today is 195.2

    I must have had too much sodium over the weekend b/c I was 192.6 on Friday!!!! Grrrrrrr.............

    This week I am doing a challenge a day. Today's is 200 crunches by the end of the day!

    As my luck would have it, I started my period today. *sigh*

    Its like everything is against me and losing this weight! gah!

    I will say though, if I'm maintaining, that means I've lost some and then gained it all in water and bloating right? *crossing my fingers*

    So I am again, 192. That is a -1lb lost from last week but its still in my plateau region.

    For my exercise, I added my hubby to my work out. He's in such great shape and when he does the work outs with me, it makes me work harder! The sore muscles are worth it! And it was fun to actually be able to work out together! I've never been able to keep up with him before!!!

    Ugh, it's been a roller coaster the last few weeks. I've been terrible with my diet and I haven't been working out like I should. Now, I'm getting over the worst cold I've had in years. Stuffy/runny nose, body aches, headache, dizzy, wheezing, coughing, couldn't breathe. Last week I saw 213 on the scale, but this morning it read 208.8, which still sucks, but atleast is better. I need to get back on track, but until I start feeling better I just don't think I will be able to get any kind of workout in. Usually I will try to take a walk to the post office and such to get a little in, but it is currently -7 with windchill -22. Cold!!!!!
