Injuries keeping you down?

Throughout my life time I've sustained my fair share of injuries. Broken bones, lacerations, torn meniscus, car accident related injuries: whip lash and soft tissue damage just to name a few. (Boy I sure could use a massage right about now.) Becoming active has helped strengthen my body and alleviate most of my pains, but I can still feel my weakness after working with a few clients. Neck and shoulder pain, low back discomfort, and knee pain. Although I've lost a substantial amount weight, I need to lose more to be in my target range. I know more weight off my body will help, but what else can I do to alleviate my pains?
