HELLO I AM SORRY I HAVE NOT BEEN ON THE SITE I THOUGHT I WAS LOSING PEOPLE WAS TELLING ME YOU LOOK GOOD WITH YOUR LOSE OF POUNDS BUT WHEN I WENT TO THE DR. FOUR DAYS AGO I HAD GAIN 7 POUNDS BACK SO I KNOW I NEED TO BE ON HERE WITH FRIENDS THAT CAN HELP ME DO THIS. I AM BACK TO TRY AND BETTER MY SELF BY LOSING 7 AND SOME.
