I need a copy of Body Revolution fitness guide

Hi all, I have the dvd's but the fitness guide is missing that tells you what disc to do when. Anyone want to share that info with me?

Kickstart plan is as follows: MON AM workout 1 PM Cardio 1, TUES AM workout 2 PM Cardio 1, WED AM workout Cardio 1 PM workout Cardio 1, THURS AM workout 1 PM Cardio 1, FRI AM workout 2 Cardio 1, SAT AM workout Cardio 1 PM Cardio 1, SUN rest day.
Regular workout is as follows
WEEK 1 and 2 MON Workout 1, TUES Workout 2, WED Cardio 1, THURS Workout 1, FRI Workout 2, SAT Cardio 1, SUN rest day.
Week 3 and 4 is the same days but you alternate workout 3 and 4
Week 5 and 6 same days alternate workout 5 and 6 and use Cardio 2
Week 7 and 8 same days, alternate workout 7 and 8 and use Cardio 2
Week 9 amd 10 same days, alternate workouts 9 and 10 and use Cardio 3
Week 11-13 same days, alternate workouts 11 and 12 using Cardio 30 -
